1. When the order can be shipped?

We will proceed your order within 48h. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. There may be delays during holidays, so please be patient.

2. When will I receive the order?

Any order will be received a tracking number which you will receive via email which you have input on your order once dispatched. The delivery would take 5-10 days in general.

3.How can I change my shipping address?

You could send a email to us via service@tectico-bro.com to us to change
your address before shipping.

4.Could there be a security and privacy problem?


Don't worry. Once you have placed the order, your personal information you submit is ONLY used to process your order, so we can arrange shipping.


5.How can I return the products if I don't want it anymore?

Returns are acceptable if you return the products to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery in the origninal condition and packaging. If you have received the product and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, please contact us via service@tectico-bro.com, we will help you return the products. But you are liable for the return cost if it's your responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and process the refund for you.
